Revised Dacia Sandero (2012) first official pictures

It’s been five years in the making but Dacia has uncovered the latest version of the Sandero ahead of its official launch at the Paris motor show. There's been a styling overhaul inside and out, but it's the Dacia's low price that'll get consumers excited... College Exhibition: Munich University of Applied Sciences 'Intelligent Emotion' project

Students at the Munich University of Applied Sciences have developed concepts in a project with Audi Design. The eleven studies to the brief of 'Intelligent Emotion', are imaginative proposals for transportation in the future, and range from a lightweight interior layout to a hybrid supercar. "The results are impressive", says Wolfgang Egger, head of Audi Group Design.

BMW X1 US launch delayed – because the new X3 is so good

BMW X1 - not in the US until late 2012 It would have been inconceivable just a few years ago that there could ever be a market in the US for a car like the BMW X1. But times have changed and even Americans see the benefits of a (much) smaller SUV, so BMW was originally planning on launching the X1 in the US around now. That X1 launch got put back until later in 2011 because the Leipzig plant – which builds the X1 – was running at capacity to meet the demands from Europe.
